It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth.
Deja Joi Brewster stands as a dynamic and devoted professional, holding the esteemed position of CEO and Founder at Chaconia Consulting. Within this influential role, she orchestrates the development and implementation of comprehensive DEI strategies, organizational leadership initiatives, and customer experience enhancements, meticulously tailored to the diverse missions and values of her clientele. Deja boasts a versatile skill set, offering expertise in DEI strategy formulation, evaluation, and analysis, alongside proficiency in training, policy review, recruitment, talent acquisition, and more.
Her journey is deeply intertwined with her unwavering dedication to military communities and the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. A distinguished alumna of Adler’s Military Psychology program, Deja serves passionately as both a military spouse and a nurturing homeschooling mother to three sons and one daughter. Her indomitable spirit serves as a guiding light, instilling in her children the importance of inclusivity within military circles.
Deja’s pursuit of excellence is evident through her instrumental role in establishing and executing DEI programs from their nascent stages. Her strategic acumen extends to a keen focus on historically marginalized communities within the military landscape.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Adler, Deja is poised to contribute to a transformative cultural shift within the military.
